From Public School to Corporate Training: Why One Platform Serves Both

A 14-year-old and a 40-year-old government employee use the same platform.
At the National Population Commission, employees struggled with the same gap as students at St Charles: they had never been taught to think digitally.
The learning engine is the same for everyone. A split-screen lesson works for a teenager learning Python and a government employee learning SQL. What changes is everything around it — language, navigation, branding, gamification, management.
How we made it work
- Language: Students get "Great job!" Corporate gets "Module completed."
- Branding: Students get green and playful. Corporate gets teal and professional.
- Gamification: Students earn XP. Corporate tracks completion percentages.
Same Django views. Same course data. Same lesson engine. One codebase. One server.
The business model
Schools pay for access. Individuals pay per course via Flutterwave. Corporate clients pay for team licenses. Three revenue streams from one platform.
